MY friends at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) told me that a warrant for my arrest has been issued by the Pasay City Regional Trial Court (RTC) for a libel case.
When I sent my messenger, Roger Nuncio, to Pasay City RTC Branch 112 on Wednesday to inquire who the complainant was, he was told I should first surrender in order to post bail.
