Retiring all of the Philippine Air Force’s UH-1H helicopters before President Rodrigo Duterte ends his term next year might not be possible, the Department of National Defense (DND) said on Sunday.
DND spokesman Arsenio Andolong said the government needs more time to find replacements for the 40 UH-1H or “Huey” helicopters in the Air Force’s fleet.
