PHILIPPINE Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) Chief Dante Gierran said 92 percent of P15 billion believed to have been pocketed by certain officials within the agency have been liquidated.
In a virtual press briefing on Tuesday, Gierran denied that the funds released to health care institutions were lost to corruption.
