Maynilad Water Services Inc. said on Tuesday it had realigned and replaced around 6.7 kilometers of water pipelines last year to help quicken the completion of several government infrastructure projects.

In a statement, the West Zone concessionaire said it had reconfigured primary and secondary pipelines in portions of the cities of Caloocan, Las Piñas, Las Piñas, Quezon and Valenzuela to give way for ongoing construction works on new railways, drainage lines and other vital installations.
