Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said the Inter-agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) adopted the new quarantine and testing protocols for all persons allowed to enter the Philippines, which would take effect on Feb. 1, 2021.
