Bl’aan: Titling in lease holders’ favor ‘fraudulent’
GENERAL SANTOS CITY: Holders of forest land grazing lease agreements (FLGLAs) and indigenous Bl’aan in General Santos City are heatedly battling for rightful ownership of vast tracts of pasture leases that, according to the tribal group, had been fraudulently titled in favor of the holders allegedly by unscrupulous personnel of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in Region 12 (Soccsksargen) in exchange for money.
