BAGUIO City recorded its coldest temperature this year -- 9.4 degrees Celsius – as the northeast monsoon grips Luzon, the weather bureau said on Sunday.
Ana Clauren, weather specialist of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), said the temperature in the country’s Summer Capital dropped to 9.4 degrees at 6 a.m. on Sunday.
