DURING the 2016 presidential campaign, a colleague had the gall to take a potshot at Jeojomar “Jojo” Binay, whom I happened to support. I took the guts to write: nobody hits Binay without taking a counter-punch from me. This, by way of reminding the readers that I am cut to be so loyal that a friend’s hurt from an attack by someone instantly becomes an ache of my own and so, I must retaliate with expected ferocity.
