In a recent study released by international management consultancy firm Roland Berger on their insights on “Bridging the digital divide: Improving digital inclusion in Southeast Asia,” it shows that digital technology has been increasingly embedded in every part of the economy and individuals’ livelihoods.

This, the study says, is especially apparent during the coronavirus pandemic, with digital tools replacing physical interactions and transactions.
