LABOR Secretary Silvestre Bello 3rd (second from right) leads the inauguration of the new Provincial Public Employment Service Office (PESO) in the province of Bulacan in a ceremony on February 3. The office, which served as the first stand-alone building in the whole Central Luzon, will accommodate, more or less, 500 to 800 in-house skills trainees for various NC II certificate courses to be provided by the Provincial Livelihood Training Center.
