‘RBH to help PH respond to changing economy’

The Resolution of Both Houses (RBH) 2 “is not a free pass for all foreign investments to come in,” Marikina City Second District Rep. Stella Luz Quimbo said.

RBH 2, which hurdled the committee level at the House of Representatives, proposes amendments to certain economic provisions of the Constitution by adding the phrase “unless otherwise provided by law.”
