IRANIAN cultural officials in the Philippines sought to strengthen cultural relations between Tehran and Manila through “a new” exchange program.
Iranian Ambassador to the Philippines Alireza Totonchian and Iranian Embassy Cultural Minister Morteza Sabouri made the call during a webinar on the 42nd anniversary of the Islamic revolution of Iran last February 9.
