Millions of people from 63 nations convened online on February 6 to call for the healing of the nation and the world at the Rally of Hope Philippines. Organized by the Universal Peace Federation, (UPF), an NGO holding general consultative status with the United Nations, the unprecedented digital event was dubbed “One Million People Praying for the Healing of the Nation and the World”, and simultaneously aired and streamed on PTV 4, radio, cable TV and social media platforms.
Besides the Philippine performers (bottom row), many of the country’s leaders, led by President Duterte, gave messages at the ‘One Million People Praying for the Healing of the Nation and the World Rally of Hope,’ held digitally on February 6.
