The Philippines secured from the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) on Tuesday a grant worth $809,450 (about P38.85 million) for the Bureau of Internal Revenue’s (BIR) digital transformation project.
Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd and Chargé d’Affaires John Law of the US Embassy in Manila signed the grant agreement on behalf of the Philippine government and the USTDA at the Department of Finance’s (DoF) head office.
