A day after returning to the 7,000 threshold, a fresh exodus of foreign funds dragged local shares below that level on Wednesday.
The bellwether Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) declined by 1.1 percent or 77.63 points to close at 6,966.43 while the broader All Shares slipped by 0.83 percent or 35.31 points to finish at 4,213.53.
