SOC Resources Inc. (SOC) is formerly South China Resources Inc. A public ownership report (POR) listed the company’s five directors with combined direct ownership of 688,737,368 SOC common shares, or 76.363 percent of the 901,920,568 outstanding common shares. They are Chairman Edgardo Reyes, with 229,853,123 common shares or 25.484 percent; Belen Castro, 231,531,122 or 25.671 percent; Wilfredo Reyes, 226,853,123 or 25.152 percent; Francisco Bayot Jr., 400,000 or 0.044 percent; and Manuel Arteficio, 100,000 or 0.011 percent.
The POR, which contains company data as Dec. 31, 2020 and was posted on the Philippine Stock Exchange’s (PSE) website on Jan. 13, 2021, says SOC has 906,559,568 issued common shares, of which 4.639 million were treasury common shares.
