Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo on Sunday hit Vice President Maria Leonor “Leni” Robredo for criticizing the government “without thinking,” saying she should understand the reason why the country’s vaccination program had been delayed.

“You know VP Leni, it seems that you are not reading the newspaper nor listening to commentaries. There was a Senate hearing and Secretary [Carlito] Charlie Galvez has been saying why there have been delays and it is not our fault,” Panelo said in Filipino in his show Counterpoint.
