Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi met Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and Department of Transportation (DoTr) executives led by DoTr Secretary Arthur Tugade via Zoom on February 15 to discuss the installation of bike lanes and the implementation of the North-South Commuter Railway Project in the city.
