SHOULD there be a shift to the less stringent modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) in March, the government should continue to implement strict health protocols, Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian said on Monday.

Sanay na tayo (If I am asked, I personally agree that we now be placed under MGCQ. We have already the capability and we know what to do if someone gets infected or tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019. We are already used to it),” he said.
