Malacañang is set to release an executive order that will institutionalize the task force constituted to address unemployment, Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles said on Tuesday.
Earlier this month, agencies led by the Department of Trade and Industry signed a Joint Memorandum Order on the formal creation of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the National Employment Recovery Strategy (NERS).
