Listed Manila Water Co. Inc. announced on Thursday it had started building a P4.164-billion sewage treatment facility in Mandaluyong City.

In a statement, the Ayala-led East Zone concessionaire said its Aglipay Sewage Treatment Plant would have a treatment capacity of 60 million liters a day (MLD) of wastewater.
