PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has amended the list of holidays for 2021, declaring three special working days as part of efforts to minimize work disruption and boost economic activity while the country deals with the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.
Under Proclamation 1107, Duterte declared All Souls’ Day, (November 2, Tuesday), Christmas Eve (December 24, Friday), and the last day of the year (December 31, Friday) as special working days.
