Cerritos residents seek better internet service

Residents of Cerritos Heights, Cerritos Terraces, and Cerritos Hills are demanding better service from their internet provider and are seeking for the installation of fiber-optic connection and landline facility in their subdivision in Molino 4, Bacoor City, Cavite.

The residents filed a petition before the office of the Bacoor City mayor and said that Planet Cable is the only provider of fixed internet in all phases of their subdivision. The petitioners complained that because of the monopoly, they have been forced to bear with the poor service and inefficient customer support given them by the internet provider.
