This dish is actually a quarantine discovery for me from last year. While searching for some meal ideas, I stumbled upon this dish that was not only vibrant in colors but seems to be economical to make.

Pescada ala Talla originated in Mexico and have expanded to various versions, of course spicy being the common denominator. One of the main ingredients of the dish would be any of the chillies they have, or a combination of it.
