THE Supreme Court has cleared Mayor Lucilo Bayron of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan of administrative charges.
In a 21-page decision, with a vote of 11 against 2 and 1 abstention, the court affirmed the ruling of the Court of Appeals (CA) dated Jan. 25, 2018, which reversed and set aside the Ombudsman verdict and dismissed the administrative complaint against Bayron.
