Ping Lacson is right: Digong’s drug war is a failure

I’M an avid supporter of President Rodrigo “Digong” Duterte’s war on drugs, but I have to admit that Sen. Panfilo “Ping” Lacson is right in saying the campaign is an utter failure.

“If it succeeded, then there should be a significant dent on the drug syndicates. But sad to say, the government’s anti-drug efforts have not succeeded.
