The Philippines received on Thursday its first batch of AstraZeneca vaccine from the World Health Organization (WHO)-led Covax Facility.

President Rodrigo Duterte attended the ceremony to mark the arrival of the initial 487,200 doses, flown into the country through a commercial flight.
