World Boxing Council (WBC) interim lightweight (135 lbs) champ Ryan Garcia has given up his quest for a dream showdown with ring icon Manny Pacquiao.
Garcia, 21-0 with 18 knockouts, recently made the announcement amid reports that Pacquiao is negotiating with World Boxing Organization welterweight (147 lbs) champ Terence Crawford and former multidivision champion Miguel Angel “Mikey” Garcia for his next ring outing.
