The Department of Agriculture (DA) said more than 127,000 live hogs had been sent to Metro Manila to augment the supply of pork in the capital.
The department added that 127,868 live hogs and 823,673 kilograms of pig carcasses were transported to Metro Manila from February 8 to March 6.
