TWO most wanted rape suspects were arrested by Philippine National Police (PNP) in separate operations in Cagayan and Batangas, the PNP said.
Jake Glenn Briones, 28, the 8th most wanted person in Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon), was arrested in his residence at Barangay Malabrigo in Lobo, Batangas at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, the PNP said.
