MANILA has recorded the most number of curfew violators in the pilot implementation of the unified curfew across Metro Manila.
“In terms of the [number] of arrests per city/municipality, Manila posted the highest data at 1139,” according to Police Lt. Gen. Hawthorne Binag, the Joint Task Force COVID Shield commander, in a report relayed by the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).
