President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission Commissioner and former Manila councilor Greco Belgica as chairman of the PACC, Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. confirmed on Wednesday.
The commission marked its third year anniversary on Wednesday.
