PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte turned 76 on Sunday sans any celebration as he remained under self-quarantine in his home in Davao City, his top lawyer said on Saturday.

Duterte decided to isolate himself following the advice of his doctors and the Presidential Security Group (PSG), Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo said in a statement.
