The imposition of stricter quarantine measures meant to prevent the further spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) will slow down the country’s economic recovery, Moody’s Investors Service said.

“The renewed measures will delay economic recovery, weigh on prospects for fiscal consolidation, and exacerbate social risks,” Moody’s said in a report released on Monday.
