Manila Broadcasting Company has launched a short film competition to celebrate the extraordinary creative energy of Filipino filmmakers nationwide. The 2021 MBC Short Film Festival (MSFF) is now accepting entries for short feature, narrative documentary, and animation from filmmakers around the country. They must be able to tell in 20 minutes or less, a human interest story based on real-life characters/situations in which the Filipino triumphs over adversity.
