Unlisted Mermac tops list of AC’s stockholders

Ayala Corp. (AC) filed its 2020 amended general information sheet (GIS) on Dec. 11, 2020. It named its stockholders and the number of common shares they own.

For instance, AC’s 2020 amended GIS indicated 6,292 Filipinos held 427,941,656 common shares, with par value of P50 per share, or 48 percent of 909,369,992 outstanding common shares. Dividing 427,941,656 common shares by 909,369,992 outstanding shares, the result showed a different result, which was 47.059 percent, short by 0.941 percent.
