ALREADY drying up its coffers, the Navotas City government has still managed to distribute relief goods for its constituents amid the reinstatement of enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) measures to curb the spread of Covid-19.
Mayor Tobias “Toby” Tiangco told The Manila Times some 1,451 families affected by the ECQ were initially provided with the relief packs as the local government intends to extend the distribution to all 14 villages (barangay) in the next few days.
