The Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) said 98 percent of the total P15 billion it disbursed to health care institutions (HCIs) under the Interim Reimbursement Mechanism (IRM) program had been liquidated to P14.7 billion.
A former PhilHealth employee previously alleged that the funds were missing and were not subjected to liquidation.
