FIRE broke out from the top floor of a high-rise building in Makati City on Tuesday, authorities said.
The Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region (BFP-NCR) said the blaze occurred on the 15th floor inside the Verdina IV, a commercial building, along LP Leviste Street at Salcedo Village.
The BFP-NCR initially reported that the fire broke out from the 15th floor of the “LPA building”.
The hour-long fire reached the first alarm at 2:52 p.m., second alarm at 3 p.m., placed under control at 3:30 p.m. and put out at 3:48 p.m. The fire did not spread to other floors, the BFP said.
No fatality or injury was reported. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
