THE number of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases in the Philippines increased to 9,216 on Thursday, raising the total to 828,366, the Department of Health (DoH) said.
The figure includes 167,279 active cases, 99 percent of which are mild, moderate or asymptomatic while the remaining are severe or critical, according to the DoH.
