Carla and Tom set realistic expectations in marriage

Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez received much love from their fans and colleagues when they publicly announced their engagement in March — five months after Rodriguez’s actual proposal.

“A huge factor [on the delay of announcement] would be of course the ongoing pandemic. As much as we all want to be happy, we have to be sensitive to what’s happening around us,” Abellana explained when the engaged couple faced the media in a virtual interview.
