Policy guidelines needed against denial of insurance claims

PEOPLE who own and drive vehicles are most familiar with insurance. When purchasing a new motor vehicle, the buyer is prompted to also buy a comprehensive insurance plan for it. Vehicle owners are required to get compulsory third-party liability (TPL) insurance when renewing the annual registration for their vehicles.

(Although there are many other types of insurance, my discussion here will focus on car/motor vehicle insurance.)
