(IMI) posted on the website of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) its issuance of 22,940,132 direct and indirect common shares, or 1.04 percent of 2,217,293,215 outstanding common shares, to its 11-person board, according to the company’s public ownership report (POR) as of Dec. 31, 2020, which it also posted on the PSE website on Jan. 25, 2021: Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala, chairman, his brother Fernando, Jose Teodoro K. Limcauco, Edgar O. Chua and Delfin L. Lazaro, 100 common shares each; Diosdado P. Banatao, 115 common shares; Rafael C. Romualdez and Jose Ignacio A. Carlos, a nominal common share each; Arthur R. Tan, 21,223,552 common shares, or 0.96 percent; Sherisa P. Nuessa, 1,003,385 common shares, or 0.05 percent; and Hiroshima Nishimura, 712,578 common shares, or 0.03 percent.

The POR listed AC Industrial Technology Holdings Inc. as direct holder of 1,153,725,046 IMI common shares, or 52.03 percent, and Resins Inc, 291,785,034 common shares, or 13.16 percent, for total direct holdings of 1,445,510,080 common shares, or 65.19 percent. As an affiliate, Ayala Corp. directly owns 1,379,892 common shares, or 0.06 percent. IMI credited the public with 681,687,216 common shares, or 30.74 percent.
