Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) chief of staff Lt. Gen. Cirilito Sobejana said on Sunday that the annual Balikatan (shoulder-to-shoulder) military exercises between the Philippines and the United States will resume on Monday.
“It will be held [at the AFP general headquarters’ canopy] just to officially start the exercises,” Sobejana told reporters.
