Trident Water Company Holdings Inc. is slated to commence the tender offer for the shares of Manila Water Co. Inc. towards the latter part of April.
Manila Water said in a disclosure on Monday that Trident Water will acquire up to 1.118 billion common shares in the Ayala-led utility.
