BAMBANG, Nueva Vizcaya: A joint operation by the Cagayan provincial and Solana municipal police has led to the arrest of local government unit (LGU) employees and teachers for illegal gambling in Solana.
Col. Ariel Quilang, Cagayan Provincial Police Office chief, said some of those caught gambling in Solana hold high positions in the LGU and teachers under the supervision of the Department of Education.
