AS typhoon "Bising" intensifies, the state-run Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Saturday raised Signal No. 1 in parts of the country.
The affected areas are Sorsogon, Albay, the eastern portion of Camarines Sur (Siruma, Goa, Ocampo, Tigaon, Sagnay, Baao, Nabua, Bato, Iriga City, Buhi, Tinambac, Lagonoy, San Jose, Garchitorena, Presentacion and Caramoan), Ticao Island, and Catanduanes in Luzon.
