CEBU: Former national team member and Cebuano basketball icon Dondon Hontiveros is hoping the recent controversy surrounding the Pilipinas VisMin Super Cup won’t defeat the purpose of the league — to give players an outlet to play amid the pandemic.
On his official Facebook page, the 43-year-old Hontiveros weighed in on the controversial game between the ARQ Builders-Lapu-Lapu City Heroes and Siquijor Mystics last Wednesday.
