Filipino weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz has formalized her entry to the Tokyo Olympics when she competed in the Asian Weightlifting Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on Sunday.
As the no.2 ranked weightlifter in the Women’s 55 kilogram category, Diaz didn’t need to make a podium finish in the competition.
