TWO people have died and over 100,000 persons were displaced as Typhoon "Bising" (international name: Surigae) battered three regions in the country, disaster authorities said on Tuesday.
One of the fatalities, a 47-year-old female, from Catmon, Cebu, "sustained severe injuries on her chest, resulting in her death", the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said.
